Gallery 179 (Oct 29, 2008). We had a nice walk through woods and meadows on a mild end-summer day. Next to a field and woodland path we accidentally discovered two huge piles of wood. Just between them special-purpose vehicles had left deep furrows in the ground due to the transportation of heavy tree trunks. Some spots were extra stabilized by thick iron plates on the ground (and unfortunately also under the mud). I didn't realize those bad gaps between the plates. A few times I got into stumbling and then sank deeply into the mud. My tall riding boots saved me from the worst... (45 pictures and 6:12 min video in the members area).
